The Purpose and Leadership Forum (PLF) is a twelve-week transformational experience that seeks to set you on a journey of self-discovery. It is a practical leadership training for marketplace leaders to understand the privilege of leadership and be purposeful and deliberate in the areas that God has uniquely gifted and equipped them to IMPACT the society. The Purpose & Leadership Forum commonly known as PLF began in May 2010 by divine inspiration with eight women referred to as the ‘seed class’. Through the programme which has physical classes in Tanzania and Uganda, we have trained over 1000 marketplace leaders with diverse global reach in Kenya, Tanzania, Switzerland, Rwanda, Ghana, Nigeria, Botswana and Zimbabwe. In Kenya, we transitioned the physical classes to be done online, after the final physical class was held which was Season 30, in 2019.
